i almost wanted to rave about this hotel, but then there was low water pressure in the shower, and the room was quite dusty. i also simply cannot fathom why there wasn't a complimentary upgrade for the annoyance of sharing a cramped space. clearly, they don’t recognize who deserves special treatment.

The location of Aleluia is unbeatable, just across the road from the Basilica of the Holy Trinity and a short walk to the Apparitions Chapel. I loved the clean and comfortable room with a balcony that offered a lovely view, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonably priced at 5 euros, but the layout felt chaotic, as items were scattered around. It took time to find utensils and get seated, which could definitely use some organization. The staff impressed me. they were incredibly helpful and attentive, particularly when I had questions about nearby mass times. Parking was accessible, although it required a brief walk to the lobby with luggage. The room was cozy, but noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, especially footfalls and flushing toilets, making it a bit uncomfortable for light sleepers. The bathroom, while functional, felt a bit cramped, and there were low water pressure issues in the shower. Overall, with a few tweaks to organization and soundproofing, Aleluia could be an even better retreat for pilgrims.

Aleluia's location is exceptional, being just across the road from the Basilica of the Holy Trinity and a short walk to the Apparitions Chapel. The room was cozy, clean, and featured a balcony that provided a pleasant view. However, breakfast organization needs improvement, as guests had to search for utensils and were restricted from using certain tables for upcoming group reservations.
Breakfast organization requires significant improvement.

I had a pleasant stay with good access to the key attractions, just steps away from the main site. The staff provided great assistance with directions and other needs. Free parking was available, which was convenient. I appreciated that the hotel accommodates guests of all backgrounds. However, I found the shower had low water pressure, which could be an issue for some. Overall, a decent place for a short visit.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Basilica of the Holy Trinity, making visits to the Sanctuary easy. Breakfast options were generous and satisfying, and the staff's friendliness made the experience even better. However, the shower's low water pressure was a minor drawback to an otherwise enjoyable stay.
